It makes my food prepping a breeze. This one machine does it all. I can rinse and put it in the dishwasher. I have already looked into purchasing extra cups to keep in the rotation. The blend did very well and there are no chicks of ice left. It has plenty of speeds to choose from so you can get exactly the results you need.

I started using it when I wanted to chop up onions however it pulverized them. That's my take on the food processor. However the blender itself works really well has good quality.

Also after these hot day we fix a smoothie to cool off. It's very easy to clean but mind you the blades are very sharp, its also easy to store in a cabinet to keep the dust and dirt off until the next day.

The food process is compact but the perfect size for making salsa or shredding cheese. I love how quiet the blender is. I couldn’t recommend this product enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a useful helper in the kitchen! This Hamilton Beach multiblend kitchen system is very nice, absolutely useful in my weekly cooking. You get a glass jar blender which holds about 8 cups of liquid, a mini food processor for any chopping needed done and a fun travel mug! They all can run directly on the motor for easy blending. The food processor comes with a slicer and a chopping blade. I love making a morning smoothie in the travel mug and being able to walk right out of the door with it in the travel cup. The motor has 4 speeds to choose from and it actually quite powerful. Highly recommend for any level of cook you may be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hamilton Beach MultiBlend Kitchen System is a super cool addition to the kitchen and takes the place of three appliances. The weight of the power base is easy to handle which is great for any age group . The blender jar is made of quality heavy duty glass with a very large top opening and the lid fits snug but comes off easily . The power unit has several functions. Each button is clearly labeled for use. The food processor unit is sized for smaller batches of food. It was is easy to attach the food processor container to the power base. The top has a tight fit, which requires you to push down, and twist lock it into place. The shredding plate flips over quickly for slicing. This unit has a lot of power. This Multiblend system comes with a handy piece to help move the food down the feed tube. Using this was so much faster than hand slicing . The food processor blades work very well. The single serve travel jar is an absolutely fantastic part of this system. You can easily make a smoothie, protein drink or iced drink in no time. I chose to try making my favorite chocolate protein drink. Add the ingredients in the travel jar, place the blade unit on top and screw down tightly. Place the unit on the power base and give it a few blasts, using the pulse button or "milkshake" button. The beverage is perfectly blended and ready to go. Remove the blade unit, and screw on the "to go" top and you have a tasty, portable beverage. The Multiblend Kitchen System is great for any kitchens because of its compact size. Each piece is well designed for easy use. The clean up process for each piece was easy and quick. This is a a must for any cook !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was most interested in the food processor aspect of this blender because if it can handle chopping and grating small portions of food, the blender portion should be just fine. But I was a little disappointed that both the blender and food processor fell short of expectations and the results are just better than expected. The Blender is 800 watts which is less than the usual 1000 watts many other makers provide but this blender works fine on ice and blended drinks if you take your time. And scrape down the sides of the blender jar. The blender jar lid is made up of recyclable plastic (4-LDPE), but I would have expected a soft rubberized lid like most manufacturers. I think the food processor feature of this unit could have been better if it had been bigger. The unit is not meant to act as a full sized processor, and there’s many parts to clean for such a small food processor. It worked perfectly OK on grating Mozzarella cheese (4-oz at a time) but the cleanup was 2x the actual processing time and I could have gotten the same results with a box grater. Overall a good unit but it tried to be too many appliances and the result is just OK for both tries.

It hqs trouble grinding up all of the smoothie ingredients small enough, some of the larger things get stuck around the edge of the glass picture, maybe the blades are not big enough. I'm kind of disappointed because everything i have thats Hamilton Beach i love. Revised review: somewhere after using the blender for a couple of weeks. It's a learning curve. This thing is awesome! Absolutely awesome. But I still haven't used the food processor.

As someone without a lot of space in her kitchen, I certainly appreciate the somewhat compact design of this 3 in 1 appliance. The blender does a great job crushing chunks of ice and making smooth iced beverages. As someone who has had her eye on a food processor for the longest time but just never bought one, I thoroughly enjoy the different blades and chopping options available to me. The travel cup is a lifesaver for those who want to take their drinks on the go without the risk of making too much or spilling. The base is used by all 3 items and has a cord storage on the back so no tangles! My one gripe is the cord length. If it was just a little bit longer that would be helpful especially for those of us who don’t have many outlets in the kitchen & already have items taking up space on the counter. Other than that I really enjoy this product and will absolutely be using it on a very regular basis.

This system is made nice and durable. The shredder with the processor worked also when i used it. Made chopping and shredding much easier. I impressed with this system and realky like the functionality of it and would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blending system is a terrific starter set, particularly for those with limited storage space. The blender and personal blending jar performed wonderfully making smoothies and mocha shakes - blasting through frozen coffee cubes and ice cream with no trouble. The food processing module has a few shortcomings but is still a sound performer. The documentation skimmed over the fact that the slicing/shredding disc is reversible and should be mounted with the relevant word (slicing or shredding) visible. The feed tube is rather narrow: I had to quarter onions to feed them into the tube. Garlic was somewhat problematic: it wanted to congregate on the underside of the disc and had to be manually removed and re-added several times. However, the S-blade was phenomenal with cucumbers and tomatoes. I’m also puzzled by the fact that the instructions explicitly state to NOT mix dough in the module. I see so many recipes for mixing pizza dough, pie crust, and bread dough in food processors; so it is disappointing that Hamilton Beach says not to do that with their tool. On the whole, however, this is a sound starter set.

The glass blender jar is sturdy with a wide opening to easily fit in your ingredients and the flip top spout makes it easy to pour out some what you blender and easily put it back in the fridge for later. The ability to separate the blade from the jar makes cleaning a breeze and it makes the included travel jar a mini blender if you don’t want to make a large batch. The mini chopper, however, is just that -- a mini chopper and is best for small jobs only. Don’t think about shredding a whole vegetable without having to cut it down first. It's good for chopping small batches of nuts or making pesto. The larger food processors are a pain for small tasks, so this works well for those specific tasks.
