I purchased a new ninja because my old one of only 4 months old failed me. I guess it is a mixed review in that my first one had problems. I stayed with Ninja and upgrade to a bigger, better model. So far so good. I like the features, I like the single cup option and the bowl option.

This far exceeds my expectations. I was able to make a full sized loaf of bread in the processor bowl with the dough hook. But it - you will not be disappointed!!!!

Do not buy this system. I bought to puree food for my baby and loved the idea of saving space by having one base for multiple uses. I used both single serve cup and pitcher frequently. Both started having a horrible moaning sound. I used the single serve cup almost exclusively for my baby for several months starting at 4 months. In trying to trouble shoot I ran it with just water and was mortified to find the water turned black. I looked closer to find little plastic shreds throughout the water and plastic clumps at the base of the blade. The smell was a nauseating burned plastic and oil smell. I did my research looking at various blender options and thought I was doing what was best for my baby by making the baby food at home. I am sick to my stomach knowing I was feeding my baby bits of plastic and who knows what else. Please don't buy this. I pray my baby doesn't have long turn health consequences because of Ninja's faulty product. I bought a Ninja because I thought I was buying a quality product. I will never purchase a Ninja product again.

The best bang for your buck! I love my new blender and processer. Works powerfully and is easy to use. What an upgrade from the blender and processor I used to have.

I disliked the condition of the packaging as I ordered this off a registry for a bridal shower gift. The packaging came a bit damaged and no one wants to present a gift that doesn't look pristine. That being said they can tell things are ordered off a registry and should make an effort to make sure they send undamaged boxes. I cannot attest to the

This blender is fantastic. I bought it because it could do so many things. I make smoothies all the time, pizza dough. Its loud but a good trade off IMO because it actually works. The blend sense is fantastic. So far that's the only setting I have used. Time will tell if it lasts. If it does you can't go wrong.

Bought for drink, but this blender can so much more. Works amazing.

Love it so far. Only used the food processor thus far and it is amazing. I dislike is the suction cups at the bottom of the base. I understand why they are there, but having to yank the base off the counter is not fun. Also I dislike all the various/different pieces. Again I understand why I need the different blades, but had to figure out storage. Otherwise it is great and would recommend.

We spent nearly $200 on this kitchen system and have had it less than a year and certain parts all falling off making it unusable. We’re out of the return period, so now we’re stuck with this expensive unusable plastic. Pretty ridiculous.

Bought this system and notified that the individual serving container blending lid broke while blending. This was expensive and super disappointing.

I've only used this for smoothie bowls and so far I love it. Power, speed, quietness, easy to clean. Really blends things up with a vengeance! I've used it every day since I've gotten it.
