Brass Clip Desk Light - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

I bought this with hopes of using it potentially in a couple areas in mu house. One at my bed side clipped onto my bedtime but the clip wasnt big enough, I have a big head frame so no surprise, tried on my son's whose is a lot smaller/thinner....no luck. Lastly I tried on my desk and it clipped bit the movement of it was very very limited and provided nothing for me for use. Lastly the bulb pokes out so much from the shade and looks stupid. Pass on this.

I am enjoying this brass clip desk, lamp by hearth and hand. I have it on my end table to give me extra light. It does need a larger edge for the clip on but my edge work just fine. I love the brass color. It takes a 40 Walt light bulb, which gives just enough light that I need for the area that I have this lamp in.

Seems sturdy! I was able to unscrew the nut used to hold the lamp to the clip and rotate it 180* so that it will work for my purposes. (On a bookshelf over a couch) It's a little fiddly and can only be in those two positions, but it is possible!

I purchased this desk lamp online for my desk to get more light. The brushed gold finish is beautiful and modern, and it adds a stylish touch to my workspace. I love the clamp design and I was worried it would not clamp on but it does and I am not worried about it falling off. I don't like that you really can only adjust the shade forward and backward but not too far. The on/off switch on the cord is convenient and easy to reach. Overall I like the idea of this clamp desk light but I want to be able to adjust it more.

This is the hearth and Hand with Magnolia brass clip desk light. This is a clip on style holder that plugs into the wall. The Lampshade is metal and can clip onto a desk or a shelf or a bedside or in my example, my kitchen counter. I do recommend this lamp as it just adds a nice warm finish to your room. It’s functional as well.

One of the black pads that protects the clip from scratching your desk was not glued onto the clip properly and kept slipping out. I also wasn’t able to move the desk light at all, I believe it is stuck in one position and can’t be moved at all which I do not like. I also believe that this item is on the pricy end.
