    Quick and easy lunch or dinner

    Surprised by the Prep… and Not in a Good Way

    I grabbed these on a whim at my local store, thinking they were similar to other cup‑style noodle meals. It wasn’t until I got ready to make it that I realized it actually requires a microwave. Since I don’t own one, I tried the boiling‑water method instead. The noodles did soften, but the flavor just didn’t land for me. It was definitely spicy, but I didn’t really get a “fajita” taste at all. I’d also suggest making the “microwave meal” part much more noticeable on the packaging. That would’ve saved me a bit of trouble. Overall, not terrible, but not something I’d pick up again.

    What in the mexican noodles is this?

    Well, I am not sure what to say. My impressions are: The broth is spicy and has good flavor, it's VERY salty though. (It kind of tastes like taco seasoning mixed with hot water to me.) The noodles are flat and cooked up well in the microwave, they seem a little sparse compared to other shelf ready ramen cups.. I think it's just kind of throwing me on the whole concept. Noodles do not traditionally belong with Mexican food flavors. Was it edible? = Yes Did I love it? = No, but I can see why others may like it for the spicy salty broth. Was it something I'd buy again? = No Did it save me from having to leave my office for lunch during a snow storm? = Yes.

    Unfortunately, this is only good if you’re looking for soccer, not flavor. There is no fajita flavor whatever.

    Fun twist on ramen

    I am not an expert on ramen by any means. I’ve never had the real deal from a restaurant. I do like to try novelty ramen cups on occasion, though. The El Paso fajita ramen cup was so-so. The broth is salty with a little heat and a little spice. The noodles came out a little gummy IMO. After eating the noodles, I mixed two lightly beaten eggs into the broth and popped that in the microwave for 4 minutes. Added some cheese and a little hot sauce for an El Paso egg soufflé. Will probably try the birria version if I can find it.

    Quick & Flavorful

    This is SO flavorful! Super quick and easy to make. It has the slightest “spice”. It was great for me, but could see some who are sensitive to spice thinking it is indeed, spicy! Lol!

    Amazing flavor

    I found this product at a specialty store in our local mall and thought I would take a chance. It was well worth the risk! The product is easy to prepare and tastes amazing! I have to admit, I was a bit hungry so I added some extra ramen noodles, but the meal was still amazing. Whoever came up with the idea, call me! I have some other ideas for you! Ramen has been a favorite since college and a life saver in the Army! It was one of the few things you could put in a pocket when jumping from a plane, that did not hurt when landing!
