Smells great but both pumps didn't work.

Stop. Putting. Pumps. On. The. Bottles. I really thought we were trying to reduce plastic waste, how is adding pumps to bottles helping that? Also, more than half the time, the pumps do not even work which leads me to why I’m leaving this review. Just purchased this from Target and the pump doesn’t even work. I can’t even get the pump to pop up to use this. Guess I’ll either have to put the product in a different bottle or just take the whole pump off. Seriously, no one asked for pumps on everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this brand, I love the fact that they use cleaner ingredients, this conditioner makes my hair SO SOFT! Instantly! It smells so good! I only use a little bit because I do have thick hair, so far it’s been working so well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent really threw me off, it smelt like a waxy strawberries and cream something. The consistency was good, not too thick not too thin. It actually moisturized my hair. I was not a fan of the pump, I could not get it to open so a better design is definitely needed.

Lightweight on my hair and also affordable. The only thing i didn’t like is it is not hydrating enough for dry hair

The name and purpose of each ingredient are clearly listed in easy-to-understand verbiage. The texture is pretty standard for a conditioner. No additional color is in the conditioner, just plain creamy white. It lathers well on my hair but also washes off clean. There’s noticeable softness and shine in the hair texture post-use. My hair is generally straight, and the shine stands out even more, without any frizziness. This product goes well hand in hand with the shampoo. The only reason that takes out one star is because the scent does not last. Similar to the shampoo in the same collection. It’s quite light, and I can only smell it during the shampooing process, but the scent does not linger on the hair at all. And it just resembles a simple vanilla scent and does not remind me of an Italian vanilla gelato.

That said, I think the formula feels gentle and works really well on hairs without dye or any other hair treatment. My son loves the scent, and I love how soft and shiny his hair is!

I had to used 3-4 pumps for my jar but my hair is extremely long (passed my waist). The scent is very strong out of the bottle but doesn’t last once it’s been rinsed out. The product rinses well and doesn’t leave any residue. Overall it worked well at hydrating and smoother but just didn’t have a WOW factor.

it smells So good. but man oh man, did this dry my hair out. im honestly bummed because I do enjoy the scent so much. wish it were more hydrating. maybe better for folks with more oily skin/hair
