Poor performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really had high hopes for this product, especially being that it’s promoted as a sleeping aid for kids without zero melatonin. It simply didn’t work for us. I tried it along with my daughter and we both reported back the same results: poor performance. On a positive side, it tastes and smells great. And everyone’s body works differently so it may work for others, however, I can’t honestly recommend this product based off our experience.

Suggested use is 1 gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. They look just like fruit snacks so easy to give any child when needed. Went to sleep easy and woke up well rested to get the new day started. :)

It was much better than melatonin because I think he is too young for melatonin; so for the parent of a 4 y.o. I loved this for him. The flavor is good with a very natural taste and sweet enough to be solidly kid friendly. While my kids are super happy to eat them, I can't say I've noticed any difference at all in their ease of getting to sleep or staying asleep (they are a very wakeful bunch). Hard to say if they do anything much at all 🤷🏽♀️ I was confused by vague instructions as well. No idea if I am expected to administer every single day or as needed or what time of day that should be happening.

Solid ingredients

It gives him just a nice calm down at bedtime when he’s had a little bit of a wild day or when he snapped a little bit too long. He loves the flavor and the taste of this is great. We really do like this and smarty-pants is such a great brand that has like no nonsense ingredients inside of their products which is really important to us.
