Faulty product
Iam absolutely frustrated. Disappointed. It doesn't work. A technician installed it on Jun 2nd. It doesn't work. No cooling . The technician tried everything. So did I .I want my refund and someone will have to come pick it. I took help from 3 different people to bring it to my apartment on third floor and how am I suppose to pack a 70.5 I product? The inconvenience of the heat now i have to face? Who is going to compensate?

Lightweight freezer
Super lightweight freezer is perfect if you plan on moving multiple times. Comes with the 5 year warranty which other company's can't match.

Black chest freezer.
I am pleased with the Brand I purchased a smaller one for our daughter earlier this year. It is quiet and it will fit the space. I got it to take the place of a freezer that is at least 31 years old, even thought it is still working, it is physcialy falling apart. I didnt want it to give out and I have an emergency on my hands. I like the color. Delivery was quick, within a few min of leaving the store and getting home it was delivered.

Great warranty
This a nice looking unit and it works well. I have this unit and a 3.8 unit as well. The in home warranty is what sold me. I was unable to find any other unit with more than two years and most are one. It is very quiet and cools down fast. My only complaint is the shipping containers are subpar. Mine came with 4 areas of cosmetic damage but Danby gave me a little extra warranty time so it was worth not exchanging it.
