Delivered without any issues, packaged well as nothing was damaged when opened. The design of the machine is simple yet the button indicators are clear and easy to click. The feature where you can turn the template showing off on the plug is helpful when it is not in use.

My granddaughter loves this air conditioner. It is low noise so she sleeps better, has all the functions that she needs. It cools down her room really fast

Effective Heat Relief
This product got us through the Louisiana heat with a struggling AC this summer. It was better than a hideous window unit. It kept 800 sq ft with 12 foot tray ceilings cool in 112 degree heat indexes this summer with a central unit that would only cool us to 78 by itself. Great buy, would purchase again.

Exhaust hose keeps disconnecting from the a/c
Very disappointed at how bad the exhaust hose and connector doesn't stay together… I had to tape it together inside and out. For the cost of this a/c , you'd think they would make them better

Ineffective Cooling
This ac is not cooling. Have it set at 70 and it's 79 in here. My old window unit for 129 works better than this thing. Waited after return window to even set it up. Too bad on my part. Don't buy it!

One of the standout features of this air conditioner is its quiet operation. Unlike other units I've used, this AC doesn't disrupt my study or sleep, making it a perfect fit for a dorm setting. The control panel is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing for simple adjustments to the settings. Additionally, the sleek, modern design of the unit complements the contemporary look of my dorm room, adding both functionality and style. However, there is one minor drawback: the wheels. While the portability of this unit is generally a plus, the wheels are a bit weak. Occasionally, the AC starts moving if I accidentally touch it, which can be a bit inconvenient. Powerful Cooling with Installation Challenges
Out of the box, this seems like a well-built product. It is easy to maneuver; while hefty not as heavy as I anticipated. I bought this to cool my large living room and adjacent dining room — not disappointed in the capacity of this machine to cool things down in short order. For a 14000 btu unit, very quiet operation even at high fan setting. Some negatives: 1. No instruction manual; 2. Hose connections to the fittings are terrible — hard to put on and keep on. Once properly secured they are ok; but without an installation manual it's not good; 3. Window kit for the exhaust hose supplied does not anticipate narrow casement openings. My casement windows are only 20†wide; so needed to do some customization (required extra outlay). No insulation for window exhaust kit; no AAA batteries for the control. On balance, the product performance and quality outweighs negatives (at least for me). However, definitely potential problems with the exhaust hose and window installation kit --- i needed to purchase a 1""""x1"""" square wood dowel in order to properly seat the exhaust in the casement window; purchase air conditioner insulation; cut the supplied thermoplastic exhaust fascia down to 20"""".

Misleading and Unhelpful
The tube and window slide were not the same as the photos in the description. The tube does not stay attached to the unit . We had to duct tape it to get it to stay on! My husband called 3 times about this issue and was told someone in their parts department would address the issue. No one ever did! If you have any problems with this unit will not get any help. Buyer beware!

Excessive Water Drainage from AC Unit
I received a package that had been opened and retaped. I ran the air conditioner for a few hours and noticed water leaking. I put in the hose for constant drain. This air conditioner is draining a gallon of water every 90 minutes. It has been days and it is still happening. Today is 66 degrees of humidity not high enough to cause this much water

This portable ac is powerful and gets so cold. We used it during a party to keep our house cool while people were walking in and out and it kept the temperature perfect in the house. Great item to have in the Florida heat.

Very powerful and yet very quiet. Was incredibly easy to set up and has made a huge different in our bedroom now that summer is here! Have found the controls to be very straight forward and easy to navigate and my fav feature is having a remote control so I can adjust whilst still in bed.

Effective and Quiet
I have a living room with vaulted ceilings and while we do run our air conditioning, this thing helps cool off that room so much better and faster. We have 3 windows in that room and with the vaulted ceilings, it can get really warm and stuffy in that room, especially in triple degree weather. With this unit, I was able to connect this to one of my windows and power it on. While it did take a minute for the air to circulate, I only had this on the medium level, the room had a huge temperature drop that for once it became a bit chilly. The temperature outside was about 107 degrees, but our living room felt amazing. Since then, this thing has been our lifesaver. There are 3 different blowing settings and we found that when temps are in the mid 90s, we usually keep this on low to medium. However, the hottest it got was about 107 and we kept fluctuating the air to medium to high. This does come with a remote that is really handy. We're not only able to change the blower but the temperature, timer and power it on and off. The wheels on this moves around really easily on our tile floors but in order for this unit to move, you do have to push it. This ac unit is so much better than a portable swamp and has really made a huge difference in the temperature. Not to mention, super quite!
