30L Soft Square Step Trash Can - Brightroom™

This is a well-made bin with a small footprint and a tall, space-efficient design that works perfectly for me. It looks great, and I really appreciate the convenience of the foot pedal and the fact that the lid can stay open vertically when needed. For my own use, it’s a 5-star product. However, I rated it slightly lower to reflect how others might view it based on the liner fit. The product description says it fits most 8 gallon bags, but I used a 10 gallon liner that is 25 inches tall and even that barely reached the top of the bin. I imagine a smaller liner would hang awkwardly or fall short of the rim. That said, I liked the bin enough to come up with a solution: I used part of the cardboard packaging to elevate the inner container so the liner sits comfortably and overlaps the sides. I posted two pictures - one showing the liner without the elevation, and the second showing it with the fix applied (I also removed the cardboard from the lid, which is still visible in the first photo). As long as you are okay with this liner fit quirk, I think it is a 5 star bin all the way.

They should not sell damaged goods. This is not even an online delivery. It’s a drive up option.

Nice for dorm room, but arrived with a ton of paint missing and scratched

pros: exactly the right size and looks really good. cons: arrived dented to the point where the lid didn't fit. i was able to straighten it out enough that it's usable, but the dents are still visible. might be the kind of product that you buy in person.

The material is very thin cheaply made

I like the design and functionality of the trash can, however the black finish did not hold up well during shipping. Thankfully I was able to return and exchange for the unpainted (sliver) version, which looks more durable. Do yourself favor and buy it locally, that way you don’t end up with a scratched and dented trash can.

Trash can was shipped loose, with no packaging, in a large oversized box. The can was dented and scratched on all sides.

This is a nice looking trash can and it’s easy to use the step bottom to open the can for use. I like that the seam is in the back the material is a bit weak it seems as it arrived dented which takes away from the appearance. This product was gifted for my review.

This trashcan is great for your kitchen. I love that its stainless and love the foot pedal. It has an insert in the trash can, kind of like double walled. I do have a little trouble with keeping a trash bag wrapped around it in place but i make it work. Overall, it holds a good amount of trash, looks good in kitchen, and keeps smells inside.

I've previously bought essentially the same item but round instead of square. Both are good, but as a warning, neither were shipped with any bubble wrap or other protective packing materials. Sadly, both arrived dented. If you'd like an intact one, I'd definitely recommend buying in-store.

Brightroom 30L Soft Square Stainless Step Trash Can is perfect sized for smaller spaces! This silver stainless steel trash can has a step pedal to open, removable liner for easy cleaning, fingerprint resistant, quiet closing lid that can stay open when needed. It is very easy to clean and is 12L capacity. It is half the size of a 13 gallon can but it is just as tall. It looks good in our kitchen but would be good in a bathroom, bedroom, craft room or anywhere you need a trash can. I definitely recommend this Brightroom Trash Can for convenience, easy to use and looks great!

This garbage can is great. It is fingerprint resistant and a decent size. The step is easy and it has a feature where you can gently push the lid past straight up and it will stay open which is awesome to not have to keep opening it again and again if needed. My only issue is that it came with a dent in it. If you want perfection I would recommend buying in store so you can inspect it before purchasing. That is why I deducted a star.

This is an 8 gallon, can because of the shape, it requires 13 gallon liners.

Decent quality and space saving ! Can also use 13 gallon garbage bags well too
