Q: Why does the clock turn on and off when it senses a movement or just randomly all night?

A: If you have your alarm clock operating on the required 3 AAA batteries, it will display the time when the batteries are first installed, but then the time will disappear unless you tap the top of the clock. The time will re-appear upon doing so, but then disappear again after a certain amount of time. If you have your alarm clock operating with the USB cord plugged in, it will display the time at all times without turning off. If your clock is turning on and off randomly, perhaps try changing the batteries. Thank you.
