This shelf is really great and has held up my figure collection nicely. However it was missing parts the first time I bought it over a year ago. I stomached the cost and bought the missing parts from my local hardware store. I bought it again recently assuming it wouldn't be missing parts. There are 2 sets of missing parts. I called customer service like the instruction manual said to. I explained my issue. They offered me to bring in the shelf and get a replacement, but to get to my nearest target is an hour long drive. Its extremely inconvenient for me to drive all the way there for a shelf, then drive back home, and then possibly still be missing parts. My tone may have shifted slightly, but I did my best to stay calm on the phone with the rep. I never blamed her or anything like that, just that I'm frustrated with how that is their only solution. That i cant just tell them what parts im missing and they send them to my address in a little bag. The rep responded to this by hanging up on me. Certainly the last time I am buying a shelf from target. And for the record, both times one of the part that has been missing is a key piece of hardware meant to combine the top and bottom halves of the shelf.

It was easy to put together and seems pretty stable. Just wish there was an option to buy any additional shelves if needed.

Wonderful bookcase if you can figure out how to build with nothing labeled! Thankfully my husband was able to easily figure it out. Add the top brackets to the wall for safety and I love it! For the price it is a great buy if you can figure out how to build it!

The product is nice, but when it comes to the instructions, not very clear, they say things are labeled like a through G they are not nothing has a sticker on it stating which piece is which piece you just pretty much have to go buy a exploded diagram that they give you and match holes and everything with what’s on the diagram.

super cute bookcase for a super great price

I love these bookcases. Easy to assemble by yourself. It was fun to put the shelves on how I wanted them. The only con is that there are 5 shelves instead of 6 so they aren't all evenly spaced out which kinda bugs me... lol. Otherwise I love them! I have 2!

The assembly on this bookshelf is an absolute nightmare!! Nothing came labeled (screws, shelves, etc) and the pictures don’t help. So frustrating!! Haven’t even gotten close to a fully assembly the item bc the directions are useless.

Just go to a furniture store. Read the directions very carefully and lay everything out in groups if you do buy this. be prepared for a lot of aggrevation . Definitely 40.00 quality. Back panels are a joke and do not fit. I bought 4 for a weekend project all 4 boxes had some sort of drama with just every thing and all 4 the panels do not line up proper
