A: Only holds 3 pounds of Peruvian sugar, not sure of the conversion to flour.

A: Hi - Great question. It is required that we perform drop testing for these plastic food storage containers from 3ft 3 times when empty onto a vinyl tiled concrete surface and the results are satisfactory. Have been watching for over 6 months and this item was never back in stock. If you are a housewife like me and want the container at home to match, don't bother looking! They never back in stock. In addition, the shipping / in store pick up is like hit and miss. They just throw them in a box and it arrive cracked / scratches. The price was good at one point, at $8. Now at $11 and unavailability just makes me look for alternative.
