After ten years of almost daily use by our three girls on our first spring free large square tramp it was time to buy a new one. If you want a product that will last, this is for you.

I'm being told they are on backorder till late July (emailed June 8th). It's unfortunate that we spend this much money on a high-end trampoline only to not be able to use it due to lack of inventory.

The 10 year warranty is a joke. Our cage ripped and separated from the zipper after only 5 years. The Company denied the warranty claim based on "normal wear and tear", an arbitrary standard under which they can deny any claim. Total joke!

I only have 2 kids one is now 18 the other 9. I bought this years ago and it's STILL GOING STRONG. Please keep in mind the 16 cousins who frequent our house .Not that I recommend it, but it holds sooo many people and the net is AMAZING. I've seen grown men all falling against this net and it holds strong. I am literally amazed at what it's been through and that it's still perfectly in tact. Honestly, I hate to say it, but the price tag is justified for the memories made on this thing over the years. It's endured dogs, wet bathing suits all summer with chlorine water, windy fall seasons, cold, rain, and SOOO MANY KIDS AND ADULTS. CANT IMAGINE who the heck gave it a 1 star rating or WHY? LITERALLY it's been a dream and countless hours of joy fun and eventually some tired kids and also adults !! Also bonus is it's the most fun way to get a work out in as a mom!! If you're thinking about it -stop. BUT IT. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!!

My kids absolutely love it—they haven't stopped using it since we set it up. Rain or shine, they're out there jumping, laughing, and making up games for hours at a time. What really surprised us is how popular it's become with their friends. Every time they come over, the trampoline is the main event, and when it's time to go home, they're genuinely disappointed to leave. One of their friends is even selling his baseball cards to save up for his own Springfree trampoline—it's that good! As a parent, I also appreciate the safety features and high-quality construction. It gives me peace of mind knowing they're bouncing on something built with safety as a top priority. If you're on the fence about getting one, do it—you won't regret it. It's become the heart of our backyard, and I have a feeling it will be for years to come.

The kids absolutely love it, it uses limited space with efficiency and amazing quality. I would recommend getting it installed or have at least 2 strong people to help build it!!!

This product is so wonderful, you can immediately feel the quality the first jump! This trampoline has amazing bounce and feels so much more luxurious than regular trampolines. The oval shape is perfect for a smaller space while still offering lots of space to jump!

When I saw the Springfree in a large oval shape, I decided it was worth a try. Now I wish we'd gotten one sooner! One thing I didn't realize before is that the big net around the top is pretty see-through. So it doesn't block our view as much as I thought it would. It's been fun for the whole family! And though no trampoline is totally safe, this one seems about as good as we could get. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The end result is beautiful — I love having a trampoline that isn't an ugly spot in my yard, it feels quite safe and comfortable, and is well made. Yes it's expensive, but my primary complaint is the install, which was a total beast. There are solo videos out there but I found it impossible to do on my own. Took two of us 4 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BE WEARY OF WARRANTY. They say "Full 10 year warranty". This is misleading as they will not replace "wear and tear". After 6 years, anything could break and be call wear and tear. Had to buy new mat because of fraying that was hidden under the safety net. When we submitted the warranty claim it was rejected as "wear and tear". The fact is, the place where it was frayed was completed covered by the safety net so there is no way we could have reached the area to damage it - other than the rods holding the mat putting so much pressure on the mat that it created friction between the mat and the net and eventually wore the mat down. if this is wear and tear, why put a warranty on it at all?

I was drawn to springform for the superior engineering of the product and the unmatched warranty. The kids love their new trampoline. We can't wait to have many years of fun with it.
