Pain reliever/fever reducerUses
Uses temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to: headache, muscular aches, backache, minor pain of arthritis, the common cold, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps, temporarily reduces feverDirections
Directions do not take more than directed (see overdose warning) adults and children 12 years and over take 2 gelcaps every 6 hours while symptoms last, do not take more than 6 gelcaps in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor, do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor children under 12 years ask a doctorOther information

Q: Does this have the same quick release ability as the Tylenol brand? Does it have the holes in the capsule to enable quick release or is the quick release in another way?

A: There are no holes. They do work, but they ARE NOT GEL FILLED! Inside there is a white solid powdery caplet enclosed in the red and blue so it looks like a gelcap.

It's not plasticy looking like the ends of the capsules. I bought these for arthritis in my back, and I seem to get relief starting in about ten minutes. Sorry I didn't see your question sooner.

Bought a 50 count of these almost exactly one year ago to the date for $2.79. Now the 50 count is $4.19. A 50% markup in one year. Pretty ridiculous. I’ll switch to the non gelcap pills for a better price.

Great price for a great product. I highly prefer the gelcaps over the caplets because they work so much faster, and honestly, better, for headaches. Sometimes the caplets don’t even feel like they work for me. The only con is the artificial food coloring they use in these. Up&Up has taken initiate in some of their other products (like their dye-free children’s acetaminophen) and I hope they soon also offer dye-free for adults and across the board.

These are solid pills with a red and blue coating on each end, NOT gel caps! False advertising. Also many were broken inside the bottle, which really freaked me out. Would not recommend. Did Target change this item? I thought they used to be actual gel caps.

I've bought these several times because they cost less than the name brand. They definitely work for mild to moderate pain (headaches, toothache, backache) but these aren't Gel Caps! In my last bottle there was half a red pill that looked just like these, but the inside was white and solid. I cut one open and sure enough, that's what was inside. I cut another from the bottle I got most recently. Same thing. Recommend, but be aware of what you're getting.
