Heavily scented
They work well and are comfortable, hold a lot ... but so heavily scented . The barely open bag made my car and my bedroom stink like fake strawberries! I want to wear these for a long flight but the scent is awful and sho fake. I was just diagnosed with OAB and trying brands out . I'm afraid I'll make the whole stink .

Wretched floral smell
WHY ARE THEY SO HEAVILY SCENTED??? I used always brand for postpartum (apparently the post partum specific ones???) and after getting my period back almost a year later I figured this would be easier overnight. Got them delivered and opened the package and was immediately hit with the nasty perfume smell. And it’s just so so bad honestly, made me super itchy. I wish that was properly labeled because I would’ve avoided.

Good for recovery c section
I used it during my postpartum recovery after my C-section and it helped me a lot. Its texture is soft and it didn't irritate my C-section incision. I recommend it. The liquid never leaked through during the night, and honestly, it felt just like regular underwear...It doesn't feel tight on the sides or in the abdominal area, which was my biggest concern at the time. and the material doesn't make any noise, which is important because I have wide thighs and other materials creak when I walk.

Not enough padding and very flimsy! I bought these for night time. They are absolutely worthless. I guess it depends on your needs and availability to change when needed. Day time would be the time to use these.

Works well but not the best ingredients
Always Discreet underwear controls odor well and fits snug without feeling too tight. The material is soft and comfortable on the skin, though it can feel a bit warm after long wear. It’s comfortable overall, but I gave it 3 stars because the ingredients used aren’t the best choice for feminine care.
