A: No, its not. I agree with the person above, this is oversized. These wheels make it almost 24 inches tall.
A: It's riduculous that American Tourister claims this meets carry on restrictions. Even in their specs, they mistate the total linerar inches of the bag by erroneously adding up the interior dimensions.
A: The domestic airlines height maximum for a carry on is 22 inches INCLUDING THE WHEELS.. So, in order to make sure it will be allowed as a Carry On, measure from the ground to top of bag.
