Description
The RRAV498 is a direct replacement for the original Yamaha RAV498 and works immediately with compatible Yamaha AV receivers without programming. It provides all essential control functions including input selection, volume adjustment, and full menu navigation. Though pre-programmed for Yamaha AV receivers, it can be configured to control other devices such as TVs, DVD players, and satellite receivers using the included manual. This model controls ZONE 1 functions only on multi-zone receivers. Originally supplied with Yamaha models RXV867 and RXV867BL, the RRAV498 serves as a compatible substitute for those systems.
