Skyline standard beds can be used with adjustable bases if the adjustable base can fit fully inside our frame.We caution the use of wingback headboards as the wings are designed to fit snuggly around a mattress. Repeated movement of the adjustable can cause wear on both the fabric of the wings and possibly the motor of the adjustable. Hope this helps. - Kris
