Great phone
I’ve never had an iPhone before. I’m still getting used to it. I like the speed, the pictures are great, and the amount of memory is fantastic! My only complaint is that it’s a little heavier than my other phones, so the hand I hold it with is sore. Time to start exercising!

Best iPhone to date!
I recently upgraded my iPhone13 Pro Max to the iPhone16 Pro Max. My new iPhone has a number of new features that are really cool! Apple replaced the toggle switch for volume up/down with separate buttons. (Anything that makes my experience better works for me!) the button on the lower right which instantly opens the camera is really slick… What I appreciate the most is the faster response—especially when retrieving mail—and the extended battery life. Best iPhone to date!

Sometimes when you think it's too good to be true
It was time to upgrade my phone...normally I just buy my device direct from Apple. I don't like payments and I don't enjoy commitments. But the offer of $1000 credit for my 13 promax caught my eye. I always think offers like that are "rip off" hooks but I was pleasantly surprised to see I DID get the full $1000 for my phone. I would have hoped so as it was in immaculate condition, but stilll...you don't believe it til you see it. Anyway...I am happy with my new 16 ProMax. I doubled the capacity and it's working great.

Very happy with this ATT iPhone upgrade
So happy with the performance of the 16 Pro Max. I was squeezing every ounce of useful out of an 8 Plus, but it finally reached its limit — so, a pretty big jump in tech. Apple knows how to design a user experience better than any brand. Fav features: the speed, the screen’s real estate and the camera (ofc)… has a bananas amount of battery life. Gripes: the charging cable is too short and a Max is noticeably heavy. Still no regrets.

It’s a game console
This is my third iPhone, I started with one 4s , but I get really disappointed with the 4s cause his battery drain really fast, so I had abandoned iPhone… till 2023 when I bought a 14 pro and I had loved! So now in 2025 I traded my 14 pro in a 16 pro max 512gb and mannnnnnn o loved this more! The battery runs all day long! It’s amazing, I can play games li a computer! Re4, re2, re7, re village, death stranding and more.

Nice upgrade - I went from a 7s to a 16 max pro.
Enjoying the new phone. My 7s was unable to use many apps because the IOS wouldn’t update past v15.
