Apply toothpaste onto a toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, or at least twice a day, and not more than 3 times a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. I like that it actually micro foams and visually shows how much stains it’s removing on a daily basis. Aftertaste is as expected, not super strong. Just in line with what one would expect. Both smells and taste great.Seems to be a hybrid paste and gel formula. Very easy to uncap and use without much hassle. Can 100% recommend this one

The old aqua fresh didn't work this good but this new extreme clean oh yeah it works I will be buying this toothpaste from now .

This is seriously the best toothpaste on the market! We have been using this product for years. It gets my teath clean and helps them to feel extra fresh. We love the highly flavored mint. Standard toothpaste that does its job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's okay. The fluoride is 0.15% w/v which is standard amongst other tooth paste. It says it has a foaming action that is supposed to get to smaller places, I am not certain if it does that. It tastes different to the regular tooth paste, more spicy and less minty. The squeeze tube has a nice premium tecture, but I don't like the twist top, because it's easier to lose. But I do like how I can stand it on its lid. Overall pretty ordinary.
