    Buyer Beware

    We loved this product and it was perfect for our family. Unfortunately the first table we had broke within a year and we purchased a replacement table from the company. We couldn’t believe it when it broke within 6 months. That’s 2 tables within a year and a half. This company’s warranty is terrible and they do not stand behind their product. Customer service is also terrible. You would think for this amount of money you would get a better product. Would not recommend

    Very disappointed

    We purchased this item with the expectation that it would be a valuable addition to our rental property, but after just 8 months, we’ve been disappointed. A part of the board somehow burned out, which resulted in the screen no longer displaying any games. We’ve seen similar complaints from others with the same issue. In hindsight, we should have paid closer attention to the short warranty period. Given the cost of the product, the warranty doesn’t offer good value for money.

    Screen issues

    This is my second time receiving my table. The first time it came in my screen didn’t work at all so we took it back got a refund and ordered another one. The second one came in today and the screen is busted. So disappointed. My kids were very let down and this is a lot of money to keep having to drive this heavy thing back to the store over and over again. Not to mention we live half an hour away from target. So aggravated!

    3 screens in 2 years

    I purchased this screen almost 2 years ago (come november 2023). The first screen died after about 10-11 months and the warranty is a tier program where you have to pay based on time you owned so I forked over another $379 for a replacement so now almost $1400 in to this table. Kids enjoy playing in and we do regular game nights but fast forward another 9 months & guess what the screen is out again with the same problem and they want to charge us again! Be aware DON'T BUY!
