Q: Can u steam snow crabs/crabs?
A: Hello, Thank you for your question. As long as the pieces can fit inside of the steam tray provided it would not be an issue steaming them. The diameter of the steam tray is 6.5" x 1 3/4". Q: Why does it have refurbished was it used

Q: I see the message that the inner metal pot is FPOA-free. I would like to know, in specifics, if ANYTHING that comes in the box contains PFOA, PFAS, or PFOS. Thank you.

Q: Hello, can this unit cook purple (black) rice, or steam chicken? I.e. is the cooking time preset to just cook rice till all liquids are absorbed (like the more basic but very functional Aroma standard unit)? Thanks

As well, the unit does have a steam function and tray if you did want to steam cook chicken, other meats and vegetables. Q: What is the model number of this product? What kind of coating does the inner pot have? Is it "Granitized" coating?

Q: is the inner rice pot removable
