Description
The Avalon 3 Temperature Bottom Loading Water Cooler with Child Safety Lock is made with an innovative stainless steel body. It offers a choice of 3 water temperatures. The easy-to-use push button spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press the temperature button of choice and allow the water to flow from the given spout. The machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we've added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. We have incorporated a nightlight that can be switched on from the back of the unit. This will make filling up your cup at night so much more simple and easy. The dispensing area is 12x3x10 inches with 9 inches of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. There is a removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area to catch any drips or spills. This water cooler is bottom loading with a cabinet to hold 3 or 5 gallon bottles. The water is pumped from the bottle through the machine. There is also an empty-bottle indicator that will light up when the bottle needs to be replaced. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star. The unit dimensions are 41x12x13 inches.

A: Yes, you can use a 5 Gallon water bottle for this device. I've been using the 5 Gallon Poland Spring bottle for this device.

Q: Can I use a glass 5 gallon with this?

A: Hi Natalie, Yes, a 5-gallon glass bottle will be compatible with this unit. Most glass bottles are designed with a twist on/off cap so they can be refilled and stored. Some of these bottles tend to have a more narrow neck and can be a bit too narrow to connect to the probe properly. When selecting a glass bottle you simply want to look for one with a neck width of 47-55mm wide. If you would like any additonal information our customer support team would be happy to help. Unpacking and installation was very smooth. Instructions clear and easy to follow. After transporting horizontally in my car for a few hours, thought it best to wait overnight before powering on the cooler switch. Looks great. Works great. A quality product!

We haven’t used yet, but when we open the top cover to see how the cleaning works we noticed an extra or third hose connected to the tank but the other end isn’t connected to anything. It is just hanging down and we are curious if that is normal. Tried to find the information online, your website or googling, nothing comes up. Tried to call you on Friday, but I think your closed due to July 4th holiday. So, we are on holding pattern and we don’t want to return it before we know what it does. Thanks

Works well so far. I have only had it for 1 day, so time will tell. It was packed well and easy to setup. The hot water is hot and the cold water is cold. Worth the cost but like I said the test of time is everything with something like this. I wish the night light was brighter. or adjustable. I don't know if the hot water should be left on all the time and the manual does not say anything about that. I wish I would have explored other machines like this only self-cleaning and filters so I could use tap water in the bottle they would have provided eliminating the need for a water delivery service. I still will probably do that.
