Q: The legs on the front move in and out, but do not stay in. What is the purpose of this? If it is to get the sleeper closer to u, it doesn't work unless there is a significant amount of weight inside..

A: Hi Kari, the legs are spring loaded in the event a bed has a base at the bottom of the bed, the legs push in but the wheels have locks to lock into place. We hope this helps!

A: The bed side sleeper DOES have wheels. And it is NOT light weight. The wheels are useless though. Only 2. Its not that its heavy but it's huge so it's inconvenient to move. It's a nice bassinet tho...

A: Hey Lia! The bassinet has 6 different positions that the height can be adjusted to. At the lowest setting, the bottom of the bassinet sits 13" above the ground and at the highest setting, it sits 17" above the floor. Bedsurface is uneven and our baby rolls onto their side immediately after placing them down to sleep, risking a face down baby in the night. After reading other reviews I see this is a common issue. Why hasn't it been addressed?

Don’t like that I had to take the box spring from below my bed to make it level and also, my newborn ends up face against the mesh due to the bed being uneven which makes it so unsafe.

What a disappointment this was. The only reason I bought this was because it is advertised with retractable legs in all the pictures, making it a bedside sleeper. However, when my husband unboxed and put this together, that was not the case for us. I read another review where this happened to someone but for some reason did not happen for everyone. We have a bed with drawers underneath it so this bassinet is now useless to us, hence the importance of the retractable legs. I am extremely disappointed I would not have spent $200 on this product, had I known it would not be as advertised. I knew I should’ve bought a bassinet from Amazon.

This is a horrible bassinet. One of my biggest regrets. This is so low! My bed isn’t high at all and I still wasn’t able to line this up to my bed. I hate this bassinet, honestly.

I love the bassinet and its features but I’m so disappointed in how easy it is to change the height. So easy that my almost 2 year old can come by and change it with his sister in it. Way too easy to just press the button and drop his sister down multiple notches. It’s unsafe.

Ive got a couple months back and recently switched my toddler graco bassinet to this one for more space which is spacious and nice !! The legs move all over the place not sturdy ! One leg is bent from not even a mth of using

I really loved it , baby not so much, she did sleep in it her first 6 months and it’s super convenient for first time moms because you have them super close but still safe. It has different levels so it fits perfectly next to your bed , but doesn’t have wheels !

I want to love this bassinet.However, one of the main attractions was the option for it to be level and open to the bed for easy nighttime feedings and check-ins. Our bed is a very standard height, the tallest setting is still much too short. It is too far down to reach in and grab him out safely. Because of this I have to keep the bassinet away from bed. It defeats the purpose of why I wanted this particular one. if you measure and your bed height works with this bassinet than I recommend it! If not, I say pass. I say that saying it works with most standard height beds is misleading.

Legs are not retractable as advertised! We purchased this bassinet because we have a low, almost platform bed that bassinet feet would not slide under. We thought that we would be able to use this as a bedside sleeper because it has the retractable feet. Although the box shows a pic of retractable feet, after assembly, it does not have them! See the 2 different pictures advertised for the same product as well as the response that I received from customer service. Disappointed in this false advertisement.

Our velcro baby hated the halo bassinet we had but absolutely LOVED this! Raises right up to the side of our bed and gives you such easy access to soothe baby in the middle of the night, he sleeps like a dream now! Highly recommend :)

We used this bassinet for less than a week with our newborn and do not recommend it. As others have stated, it does not feel super stable & moves around easily, but our biggest issue was that the mattress pad is not level, causing our baby to roll slightly to one side. With a swaddled, wiggling newborn, this caused too much anxiety and did not feel at all safe. We did not anchor it to the bed (although it would have been impossible to do so bc it’s soo low) so maybe that would fix the issue if you plan to anchor it. But still cannot recommend to other parents due to the uneven sleep surface.
