Do better Hoovy.
Actual piece of garbage. I bought this because I am visiting family for a few months. My amazon knockoff at home works better than this one. Randomly stopped working not even a month of usage, with no way to find customer support. If you are getting a camera because you’re worried about projectiles, this one fails there too. The camera pops into a socket which makes it easy to take in and out of, but any kind of force will make it fall out. So if you unfortunately find yourself in an accident the camera will go flying. Again my Amazon dupe is more secure and half price. Do better Hoovy.

It was great and worked great, closed when I would get out of the car and reopen once back in. Never mishandled in any way and it is stuck on the dashboard. The back of the opening seems to have rotted with the sun and is now broken. Not worth it to work less than two months! Bad quality

This backseat car camera by Hoovy has great picture quality. The camera was really simple and easy to setup. Sadly, there was a mixup during shipping and it didn't come with a power cord. However, I was able to buy a universal power cord adapter online. That's why I only gave a 4 star rating. Overall, the Hoovy backseat car camera is a wonderful product. It gives me a piece of mind being able to check on my little ones while driving.

Easy set-up
This in-vehicle baby car monitor by Hoovy was definitely an easy set-up. You do need an auxiliary power outlet on your vehicle to set-up. The camera provides a decently clear live video and has a wide angle. The camera does have a tilt if you need to make minor adjustments. The grip pad keeps the monitor on the dash so it won't slide. I like that it works at night because the monitor has night vision. The night vision works but it isn't high quality. Value wise, overall, this is a good option because it helps you safely keep an eye on your little one without being as distracted while on the road.

Amazing Addition to any Baby on Board Car
The set up was pretty easy and very versatile. The image/ video is good! I mean it’s not 4k but it does the job! I always have it plugged in so it’s always on and I have had no issues. I love that I can safely see my child instead of having to turn my head.

Great Camera
Easy to install, less than 5 minutes clicking everything into place. Long cords reach to backseat with some slack to give. There are multiple cords, which can become overwhelming if not tucked away nicely. I took the extra time to ensure it was out of the way. The screen pops open when needed and folds flat when not in use for easy storage. You have the option to use the anti-slip mat or foam strip to secure the screen to the dash. Camera captures all you need to keep an eye on your little one and the screen clearly displays it.The quality is amazing with crystal image. No more struggling to see what is going on while on the go. A peace of mind.

A little dated.
This is a great product if you have a older car and kids. It was real simple to set up. The on and off button is located on the power cord adapter. The monitor offers a clear picture of the back seat and the camera is adjustable for multiple angles. The con was the wires that ran from the camera to the monitor to the adapter leaving wires running through the middle of the car.

The Hoovy Car Monitor - Black works great to keep an eye on your loved one in the back seat without having to turn your head all the way around when driving. I love how wide the picture is and how you can really see them well. The clarity of the video is great and really helps me as a mother keep watch on what is going on behind my back.
