Been snacking on this thing for months. I need more. Halloween and Charistmas candy couldn't satisfy me like these did. Best dark chocolate chips ever 🤤 Also really good melting chocolates. Make sure to melt it by putting hot water under it.

I don't know what these are actually made of But it doesn't seem like it's from the ingredients on the package. They never melted. Twenty minutes in the oven at three seventy five, and they never melted. Even plastic melts at three seventy five, so just beware.

The chocolate chips do not melt, nor get soft and gooey. There is no chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back of the package, only had recipe for oatmeal cookies. Who buys chocolate chip cookies to make oatmeal cookies? My cookies came out a disaster, I could not find my cookbook, used a Betty Crocker recipe, cookies came out well, but the chocolate chips would not melt, so cookies were like an island of cookie surrounding an island of indestructible chocolate chips.

I tried making ganache twice with this stuff. The first bag of chips I used melted but does not solidify when refrigerated. Second bag I used doesn’t even melt. I don’t know what this stuff is made of but it’s terrible for making ganache. I usually use Ghirardelli white chocolate chips but my local target ran out. I give it two stars because the taste is okay but other than that I don’t recommend.

Loved them until I saw that one tablespoon of these is more than the daily recommended amount for lead. One tablespoon! You're better off with almost all the other name brands especially considering chocolate isn't the only place that lead might be hiding in your diet.
