How would you know these work?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am unable to tell if it is making a difference? At this point just taking it and hoping for the best. A downside is that you have to take 3 pills per serving. Can’t tell the taste so that is good.

Overall my energy has been very good with this and have noticed some weight loss - not sure if that’s attributed to this or not. Please make sure when taking that you are well hydrated and have eaten a full meal. If not, it can upset your stomach!

Great for cardiovascular health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unfamiliar with the benefits of this particular supplement but it works to benefit your cardiovascular health by decreasing cholesterol and it has antioxidant benefits as well. It is in an easy to take capsule. Suggested uses three times a day with meals. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice significant benefits but I'm going to keep taking it and see if my labs improve next time they are drawn!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have waited to do this review until I was almost done with the bottle to try to get a good feel for the product and see how it affects me. I have very little left in the bottle to go and I have seen no change in my health or weight or anything. So I honestly don’t know if I would recommend this or not. I haven’t seen any adverse effects from this. There’s no bad taste or smell or anything. It is easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Maybe it takes longer to see changes. I’m not sure. It is not terribly expensive so if you’re interested in trying this I think it might be worth trying out.

Great Health Benefits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really feel like, after taking these Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon for a little while, that I have overall more energy and just that “feel better” feeling! The antioxidant-rich extract comes from the Berberis shrub primarily, but is found elsewhere in the plant world as well. There has been countless studies have been conducted and the consensus is that berberine has a profound effect on both humans and animals. I really believe this. The only downside is that you have to take 3 capsules a day, at the same time. They are easy to swallow, but they leave kind of a bitter aftertaste. That’s my only complaint. I would definitely recommend giving these a try!

Very Slimming

I have been taking these for a few weeks and I like them. I do not feel jittery or overly amped up. I have lost 5 pounds while taking them and will be purchasing more. They do not have that horrible vitamin taste and I love that. The design of the packaging is pretty and eye catching. The ingredients are easy to understand and I love that also.
