The glass is strong and when they were shipped they weren't rattling or anything. I also checked the price on them and good for the money. For me, I use them for pickling garlic, making overnight oats, and for making fruit water. I don't drink water by itself, so I normally add frozen fruits like raspberries or strawberries to my water. With the 32 oz jars, there's a lot of room to be creative with my fruit choices. Are they fragile? Yes, it's glass. So if you drop it, it'll probably break. But can it withstand transport or being knocked around a bit? Yup! Ball jars are some of my all-time favorites for a reason. They're affordable, convenient, and very versatile in its uses.

They're perfect for keeping leftovers, canning veggies, and jam etc. I can literally use them for so many things. Even as a drinking glass they would be perfect.
