For canning, jars should be warmed gradually before adding hot liquids. Pouring hot fluids directly into a room‑temperature jar may cause thermal shock and lead to breakage.

    Great jars

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ball color series court mason jars in sand are absolutely beautiful and feel like a step up from your standard mason jars. The soft, neutral sand color has a warm coastal vibe that looks amazing in the kitchen pantry or even styled out on the counter. The glass itself is thick and sturdy. They don’t feel flimsy at all. They seal tightly and work great for everything from dry pantry storage to canning I will definitely recommend.

    Ball Pink Jar

    More of a dark pink or light purple than the pink shown on the website. Pretty. Design makes it perfect for decor or more practical like a pitcher. Sturdy too.

I decided to use them to store pasta because it takes up less space in the pantry, but they were so pretty I put them on my stove as not only storage but decorations.

These are a bit new to me. They are a lightly textured jar, with a faint, but noticeable tint to them. The texture gives ut more of a premium feel. This came in a package of 4, and right away I just started going to town. I had some jelly that needed canned, and some loose candy that I didn't want to dry out. Quick, easy and done. These jars are the best. 10/10. Will buy again soon.

There are many ways to use these, I my self will use them for salsa, to store fruits so they last longer, you can add rice, beans, or use them as a beautiful vase for flowers. These are standard mouth jars and I love using mason jars as vases. Buying a bouquet of flowers and putting them in mason jars is a lot cheaper than buying a pre-made vase and it looks pretty and elegant without being over the top. I’m also going to use this to store bath salts - the standard mouth size will make it convenient to pour/sprinkle bath salts into the tub without accidentally over pouring. Very happy with these jars!
