They irritated my eyelids and I thought it was the makeup remover, but it turns out it was these pads. If you have sensitive eyelids, do not use these. They are too scratchy.

DO NOT USE THESE NEAR YOUR EYES😭 This isn’t the regular brand I go with but they were very cheap and I was in need of them. I usually clean my makeup off with these and I still have cotton in my eyes and it’s been two days. I’ve washed my eyes out multiple times and it’s still there😭

I received my delivery box and the cheer liquid detergent was split and the plastic bag was filled w/ soap. I drove to my local target to exchange it. The cotton pads that were in the box were horrible not like the usual ones I buy. I would like a refund on the pads. Thank u

I bought these back in May and I loved them. I just bought another pack this month and they are horrible. They rip apart easily after minimal use! I use them to remove eye make up and I end up with cotton fibers all over my eye lashes! I do not like these anymore. The ones I bought back back in May were stronger yet so soft and did not fall apart.

These used to be really good, soft and durable. Loved them to remove my makeup or apply toner but they changed them and now the quality is horrible. They scratch the skin and rip apart!! Some got on my eyelashes. So disappointed in Target. Their up&up brand is going down. I used to also purchase the women’s razors from this brand and they also switched them to a cheaper version that don’t work at all either, by looking at the reviews on both products I’m not the only one who noticed. Will no longer be buying from there brand..

I will not be purchasing these again. They were ok when I bought them a few months ago but they changed something and now they just fall apart. I use them to remove my eye makeup with micellar water and some of the threads even got in my eye! 👎

I use these cotton rounds for my exfoliant and they are the worst cotton rounds i think i’ve ever purchased. They are so delicate that it doesn’t work with my products. They break so easily, they leave white cotton residue all over my face, and they feel cheap. I thought i was using them wrong by rubbing it over my face so i tried patting it on my face instead and it was even worse. Also they stick together in their pile and the cotton doesn’t stay in tact. You can’t see the “design” that’s also on the round because of the poor quality.
