3 stars to remove nail polish I’m sure these are amazing but to remove makeup I do not like them they feel rough and start crumbling. I used these for a long time with no problem. But the past 2 years I was using regular cotton balls to remove my makeup. Recently I decided to buy these cottons rounds again because I wanted to use them to apply a toner they’re bad and not only that I began to get a rash on my face and started breaking out (it was not the toner because I’ve been using the same toner for a couple of months and I was applying it with cottons balls with no issues). I never thought something so small would affect my skin until I read other reviews. I stopped use.

Bought these in 2024 before they changed them at some point in 2025. The old ones had an extra layer that prevented the cotton fluff from rubbing and scratching your face. Those ones were really gentle and applied toner really well. 2025 May - these are terrible products that are scratchy and rough on the face even after soaking up toner. Do NOT recommend the new version of these
