I'm not sure of Target's thought process is, but I used to purchase these in the Premium and now they literally decompose as I'm removing my makeup. The regular are equally poor in quality, but less costly, so I settle for them. Please bring back the original version of the premium!

Tears apart in pkg, disintegrates on skin
These are terrible — they tear apart in their packaging as I’m trying to pull one out, and they’re even worse for use with any liquid. I use a liquid facial exfoliator and these fall apart on my face. Is is dry skin or disintegrating cotton? Fun to guess! (Not)

Not what they used to be. I was able to compare the cotton rounds with a previous pack. They were visually different (pattern). The older ones held together and the new ones just fall apart, even when dry. Will be returning.

Rip apart with light use
These fall apart with light use. I only use mascara and normally use cotton rounds with micellar water to remove it. I got these since I was out of the brand I normally use and they could not hold up. They tore and I had tons of fuzz on my lashes. Will not be buying these again.
