Lovely design, well machined. Only having one speed/duration often over blends and even warms smoothies. Yes you can pulse, but some customization would be welcome. I appreciate the simplicity, however for the price this seems like a miss.

TLDR - the gasket is not intended to be removed and it allows bacteria build up underneath. They do NOT sell replacement gaskets.It’d be a design oversight if Beast fixed it, but Beast doesn’t sell replacement gaskets? I have to buy a whole new blade housing? The fact that the new 1200 isn’t compatible with Beastmode 1200W means this is all fast fashion garbage. It’s appalling. Save yourself time & money and find a better blender that maybe doesn’t encourage mold buildup.

We’d love to share some care and cleaning tips to help keep your new blade in top condition: 1. Dishwasher-safe cleaning: All parts - except the base - are top-rack dishwasher safe for a deeper clean. 2. Weekly rinse: Blend ⅔ of a vessel of water with a few drops of dish soap and run for one minute. 3. Monthly deep clean: Soak the blade and vessel in a ½ vinegar, ½ water mixture. 4. Drying tip: Place your Performance Blade pin-side down between uses to allow it to dry completely. 5. Daily maintenance: We recommend scrubbing the vessel and blade after every use. Our Cleaning Brush includes a detailing tool specifically designed for cleaning around the blade. 6. Blade replacement: If you're blending frequently, we recommend replacing your blade every six months or so to keep things running smoothly. I've never really made smoothies for myself in the past, but after reading reviews about the Beast, I decided to invest. I've only made a few for breakfast so far, but bought a smoothie book and am ready to experiment. So far I love it for the power it has! And it's really nice looking too. So glad I chose this!

I have a sudden jaw problem and cannot chew. Bought the Beast 1200 when my regular blender broke on first use. I have been blending my regular meals by adding enough chicken broth, veggie broth or juice as recommended. The best was a pulled pork sandwich from our homemade por tenderloin, BBQ sauce, a slice of bread and chicken broth. Tasted the same as if I could chew! This has literally made a tough situation easy.
I wouldn’t recommend it.

I absolutely love how it looks and it’s magical how well it blends, but it stops there. I have tried everything to clean the plastic underneath the blades and nothing works. This thing is always so full of gunk, it makes me gag. Whenever I go to use it again after a very thorough wash, the gunk has oozed out and dried up. And when I take a cloth-covered knife to clean the dried up ooze, more wet ooze comes out. And it stinks even though I’ve only ever used it to blend water, ice, and protein powder. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Dishwasher safe – All parts (except for the base) are top-rack dishwasher safe for a deeper clean. We recommend running your blade through the dishwasher at least once a week. 2. Quick clean cycle – Once a week, blend ⅔ water with a few drops of dish soap and run it for a full minute. 3. Deep clean – Once a month, soak and clean the vessel and blade with a 50/50 vinegar and water solution. 4. Drying tip – Store your Performance Blade pin-side down between uses to allow any water to fully drain and dry out. 5. Brush clean – We strongly recommend scrubbing with a brush after each use, especially around the blade. Our Beast Cleaning Brush includes a detailing tool specifically designed to reach those tough-to-clean spots. 6. Filling the vessel – We recommend filling the vessel slightly less when blending protein powders to allow room for expansion. We bought the mega and it's been perfect. The large vessel makes it so easy to get in everything we want in our shakes. Now the machine materials needs to hold up! But with a 2 year warranty, shouldn't be an issue

I bought this because my food processor wasn’t strong enough and I’ve seen ads for the beast. Every time I use it the ingredients get stuck in the slats and to the top and I have to stop and spoon the top to get all of the ingredients in and it is so difficult to wash. The blades have a little crevices that makes it so difficult to clean And there’s really only one speed which is high. I thought I could blend my Chia pudding but it just turns it to dust. I had high hopes, but I don’t love it.
