A: Yes the top and entire exterior gets very hot and needs to be handled with oven mits and set 6 inches away from other objects when running.

A: Hello, thanks for reaching out. Metal, ovenproof glass and ceramic bake ware without lids can be used in the oven. If foods require covering you can use aluminum foil. It has different settings like air fry, broil, roast, toast, bake. Only thing is there’s no in between like it goes 350-400-450 and I had watched a cooking vid said put it for 380 (they had different air fryer) but it still a great product ?

Just used it once since getting it and everything is amazing but with the crumb try I installed as it said and it's now permanently damaged from the heating coil and trying to find a replacement but I am just going to get a crumb tray protector and so it won't show the damage other than that quick easy cooks really well. So excited!!! In the pic below you can see where it's damaged from the heating coil. Enjoy as I am!!

I was tricked by paid influencer reviews to buy this. It’s the worst. It gets so hot on the outside, and although it allegedly gets 450°, I cooked chicken in it for the same time as my 400° airfryer and this chicken looks boiled. You have to pull the basket all the way out to put anything in it, and where do you put it when it’s hot? It’s seriously the worst thing I’ve bought in recent years.

Seriously, I'm in love with anything in your plum color. My oven went nutters a while ago and I've been making sure with an old, small toaster oven. You didn't even want to know about my insanely old air fryer. First I got your plum 12 c coffee maker. Then I got this glorious air fryer toaster oven combo. I'm slowly but surely getting everything you have in plum. I would love it if more of your items were plum, but I guess I'll survive...

I purchased this because I wanted a stainless steel air fryer. This was a little bigger than expected but it holds a lot of food. However, after using a traditional air fryer for years this had a bit of a learning curve and we had a lot of burnt food at first. It cooks from the top so if you are making chicken or potatoes, you need to be mindful to flip it unlike normal air fryers. If you are cooking toast, make sure you have it on toast because it will burn your bread. This oven is so nice, it does not leave room for error. After about a week of use, we got the hang of it and now use it daily. One of my favorite air fryers ive ever had.
