If you can't find the printed directions in the package, you can often find assembly guides and manuals online by visiting the Target or Threshold brand websites and searching for the specific product name. 1. Check the packaging: Carefully look through the bed's packaging for a booklet or printed instructions. 2. Search online: If you cannot find the physical instructions, go to the Threshold website or Target's website and search for "Threshold Bellmead Slipcover Bed". If you are still unable to find the directions, contact Target Guest service at 1-800-591-3869 during the normal business hours of 7 am to 8 pm CST. They will be happy to help you with this. Q: What is the height dimension from the floor to the slats?
A: Hi - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Bellmead Slipcover Bed. This is a standard bed, There are no slats because a box spring is required. Only our Platform beds that do not require a box spring will have slats. The top of the metal frame is 6.5" from the floor. Happy Shopping!! - Emma

A: Hi VF Home - Great question. This Bellmead Slipcover Bed - Threshold™ designed with Studio McGee is not machine washable. We'd recommend spot or wipe clean.
