Description
Benadryl Extra-Strength Itch Stopping Gel works when you need it most and provides fast and cooling relief from pain and itching. Made with 2% diphenhydramine HCI topical analgesic, this cooling anti-itch and pain relief gel blocks the histamine that causes minor pain and itching associated with insect bites, scrapes, minor skin irritations, burns, and cuts as well as relief of pain and itching associated with sunburns. It also dries the oozing and weeping of poison ivy, poison oak and poison sumac. This soothing topical gel is intended for ages two and up and is great to keep on hand for Extra Strength Itch Relief during outdoor activities such as camping, hiking or taking a walk with the family.

Q: Why doesn’t this come with a foil seal underneath cap? Anyone can just pick up and use it then put it back on the shelf! Not a good decision by manufacturers. Returned it as soon as I received it!

Saturday night, I went to the lake for a cookout and spent the evening there. When I got back in the car later that night, my legs started itching really badly, but I didn’t see any visible bites or marks. By the time I got home, it was pretty late, so I went straight to bed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep at all because the itching was unbearable. The next morning, I realized I had tons of bug bites all over both of my legs. I tried using an extra strength anti-itch cream that contained Diphenhydramine HCL (topical analgesic) and Zinc Acetate (skin protectant), but it didn’t help at all not that night, and not the next day either. I was still itching like crazy. Yesterday, I finally went to Target and picked up this product and oh my gosh, it actually worked! I slept perfectly fine that night, and now, 24 hours later, the itching is completely gone. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it for any age! 🙏

I love this stuff in the summertime! I’m a mosquito magnet and I use this all the time in the bites. It works!! It stops me he itching for awhile! Only downfall is it’s a little stick.

Love this product for any mosquito bites I get throughout the summer. They stop the itch fast and even my kids ask for it when they get bit. It does not leave a sticky residue like others I’ve used.

Utterly useless!! Didn’t work on mosquito bites at all. I spot treated the bites and in desperation I applied it all over my legs but I didn’t get any relief from those itchy bites.

This is my family's go to for any itchy problems like insect bites or even sun burn peeling.The gel is easy to use and it not only gives quick relief but has a cooling effect which helps. No signs of any redness or irritation even when used for my children.It does have a slight smell but it is not overpowering at all. Tube is convenient to leave in diaper bag or purse for on the go care. A little goes a long way so a great value for your money. Recommend to family and friends

This stuff works really well and really fast. I tend to get numerous bug bits throughout the summer so this stuff really helps to ease the pain from those. I scent isn’t too bad and the packaging allows for easy use.

I absolutely live by this gel during the summer because mosquitoes absolutely love me. If I scratch them, they just become worse so I definitely put a little Benadryl on and the itching stops. It’s cooling and it dries quickly. It’s easy to use. I will keep buying it over and over and over again!

Had this on hand just as the “ Devil’s Itch” was creating problems for me after a recent sunburn. I used to sell it years ago in the 80s and 90s when Warner-Lambert Consumer Healthcare owned the Brand. Now that I have had a chance to use it again I As well as hint as to my Age lol I can tell you it still works like a charm.

Works pretty well to stop itching from eczema. But the package size is just a tiny bit more than the TSA liquid limit. Why make the size 103 ml when the limit is 100 ml?! Confiscated by the TSA so I guess they will sell more.
