Love the concept - lids poorly made.
I bought a 2-pack of the glass salad bowls at a local retailer. Within 3 days one of the lid clasps broke. 3 weeks later the other salad bowls lid broke. While I loved the idea of these, the clasps on the lids are not well made. I spent all that money to have two unusable salad bowls.

Lid clips are horrible
The clips on the lids broke soooo fast with normal use. Too bad because this was initially a nice salad container. I highly advise against anyone buying this until the lid is redesigned.

Lid clips are fragile
I really liked this container and used it to pack my salads for work. Unfortunately, the lid clips are fragile. One broke off while I was closing it.

I loved it until I didn’t
Bought this because it was the perfect container for my work lunches. Salad? Can hold everything plus my other fruits/veggies. have another entree? Great, you can then add a side of nuts, veggies, fruits, hummus, etc. used it for a couple months….then the clasp on the lid broke (just where a lot of other users mention). Looked for a lid replacement, there isn’t one. Contacted the company as it was under warranty and they were amazing and sent us another. Unfortunately that didn’t last long either. In a year span we had gone through 4 of these. For the cost, it’s not worth it especially when there are no replacement lids to purchase. I’m assuming the company is aware of this, but seems to be an unresolved defect for years now (even on their plastic version).

Amazing while it’s working!
I love this container. Leak proof, dishwasher safe and so many use options. I was so excited to get it as a gift. However, I can’t give it 5 stars as the one snap on the lid broke. I’ve looked in many places and can’t seem to buy replacement parts. It was a gift and don’t have a receipt of course. I’d buy several more of these if replacement parts were available. Although, I certainly hope I wouldn’t have to buy many. though.

Don’t buy, waste of money, flimsy lid
I bought this and never got to use it, lid broke, I wrote an email no response. No way to get replacement lids. The snaps on the lid are flimsy

Lid broken less than 6 months later
My lid broke too. How do I replacement it? I went on the website 100 times and cant find help to replacement it with buying the whole set again.

I bought last Christmas but never used it till a few months ago. Only used about 5-6 times and the lid snaps broke! Stay away. Too expensive for the amount of times it has been used

Sad
I bought this a few months ago and the seal would close after washing, and just a few min ago I tried again and the plastic fixture holding the wig on broke. I got a few usages out of it.

Replacement parts after warranty.
Agree with others here. Great product until lid breaks. Warranty is all good if it happens in the 2 year period. But how do you get a replacement lid after the 2 years. Don’t want to throw it away when everything is still good. Make replacement lids for those of us who still use after 2 years.

Lid is broken :(
I attempted to post a review last night, and I'm not sure it was processed. I absolutely love my salad bowl. The bowl itself is roomy for my veggies, and I appreciate the compartment for my salad essentials. However, the lid, the lid, the LID is broken. Educator here . . . if you know, you know. In a perfect world, I could simply reorder or receive a replacement lid. #SOS

Broken lid, no replacement available
Hello, I received this product as a gift. Ive used on several occasions maybe about 14 times. My lid finally snapped and im having a hard time finding a replacement lid is really dont want to discard the whole thing as they are expensive.
