I don’t know if it’s the product or my sensitive nose, but the water smells bad. I *do* have a very sharp sense of smell, but I think that everyone would agree it’s not a pleasant smell. I googled “micellar water smells bad” and some think it smells moldy, but that’s not what this smells like. It just smells like…gross. Not SUPER overpowering, but bad enough that I’m returning the product. That said, it did clean well and didn’t leave my face feeling dried out or filmy.

It burned my eyes SO MUCH. My eyes were so irritated and red and I was just taking mascara off. Even 30 min after using this & putting eye drops in my eyes hurt to move, and blink…. but it did take the rest of my makeup off with no problems.

I was skeptical because my skin is very sensitive and acne prone, but I solely use this as a first step to remove my makeup before double cleansing and I do feel a difference in cleanliness. So far so good! I’m sure if were to leave it on meaning not washing my face after, then I’ll probably break out a little. Good price! Better than wipes too.
