Bissell IconPet Turbo Edge Cordless - 3177A: Stick Vacuum, Multi-Surface, Pet Hair, Tangle-Free, 50 Min Run Time, 2 Yr Warranty

The IConPet has great suction for cleaning next to baseboards and slim profile allows me to get clean under my couch and other furniture. Disappointed to find the vacuum does not stand up on its own (which explains the need for the wall-hung charging unit). Have only used it once so far and was surprised/disappointed that the battery showed ~1/3 battery drain after ~10 minutes of usage. Will see how well the battery holds up with further use. Overall, am pretty pleased with it so far.

This vacuum stopped working 6 month after purchase. Very expensive and now I can’t return or exchange. I don’t recommend it, $400 wasted.

Extremely short battery duration even at mid power, poor suction with longer floor power broom fitting (and yes, I've troubleshooted filters, clogs, etc.), one ends up pushing debris around the floor instead of vacuum picking it up. Very disappointing performance.

I purchased the Bissell ICONpet cordless vacuum, and within less than two years, the main plastic vacuum tube broke. I didn't even use it heavily during that time. While things do break, what's truly disappointing is how the company handled the issue. I received the vacuum in January 2022, and it broke around September 2023. When I filed a warranty claim in mid-December 2023-well within what I thought was the two-year warranty period-they told me that the warranty started from the order date in early December 2021, not the delivery date. This meant they considered my warranty expired. Customer service offered no real help other than suggesting I buy the replacement part for over $80. They were firm in stating that their "warranty policy" wasn't negotiable. First, it's unreasonable that the warranty starts from the order date instead of the delivery date, especially with shipping delays around the holidays (it took almost a month to arrive). Second, this issue is clearly a product design flaw, as many other customers have reported similar problems soon after purchasing. Rather than taking responsibility and helping customers fix a known defect, Bissell hides behind their warranty terms to avoid accountability. For your own sake, consider choosing another brand. This company's approach to customer service and product support is unacceptable.

The handle shape allows me to vacuum under furniture without bending down to the floor. Picks up shed hair from 3 dogs, should be 4.5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my IconPet daily. Does a great job of picking up kitty litter and hair from my 3 cats. The LED light is terrific. It shows everything you've picked-up (or missed). Wonderful suction. I run it on low for bare floors and medium on carpets. Don't seen any situation where you'd need the highest speed. Would buy again. Highly revommend.

I was so ecstatic when I bought this one, being a mom I thought this would life changing especially when its time to do the stairs. After a good nights charge I first targetted the stairs in my home. I have dog, a cat and 3 growing boys, so the stairs see it all. I ran the vacuum on the 3rd mode "turbo", while the suction was great it was disgusting to see what has been left behind, I was so disappointed when the vaccum died with 2 steps to go. I thought for what I spent on this vacuum that I would get much more than a 10 minute vacuum on the average flight on stairs. I would not recommend this to a friend based upon the battery life alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 5th Bissel product I have bought. It arrived very fast and in good condition. Easy to put together and use. The battery life is what held my review back. I have indoor cats with kitty litter trays. The vacuum works great on low for picking up fur and dust, but in order to get the kitty litter off my tiled floors I need to have it run at #2 or #3, and on the increased suction I only get maybe 15mins per charge. Cleaning and emptying are easy. I wish I had known it had such a short battery life in medium or high as this is primarily what I purchased it for. Still would recommend it though, just not for what I needed it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do like this vacuum. It was super easy to set up, easy to use and cleans well. The only two items I wish were better is the attachment with the crevice tool is way too short. It would be nice if it extended out to a much longer length. Also, while it cleans well, the standard roller head does not reach edge to edge enough. I have to switch to the handheld crevice tool to get close to my floor molding. Otherwise, it is a really nice vacuum with all the features I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The great thing is being able to attach the Cordless Vacuum wall-holder to the pantry wall with supplied hardware; this supports the vacuum and all attachments in one place so they don't clutter and get lost. The wall holder also has power connection 'built in' for really easy recharge, when hung back in the wall holder. The vacuum itself functions well so far with plenty of pick-up power (e.g., fallen needles from our Christmas tree) due to powered brush. At first I could not figure out how to dis-attach the dirt holder. One downside is inadequate instruction booklet with machine (but available on line). I downloaded the fuller manual from Bissell and that explained how to remove the dirt-holder, which once understood is simple. The inner ribs of said dirt-holder when emptied tend to retain dust residue, which I dislodged with a knife. This is a minor design flaw in my opinion, and a fuller instruction booklet should have been supplied. It is great that the stick can be removed easily with a click and replaced with a short small brush head for upholstery or car vacuum (also powered), crevice tools, etc., all conveniently stored on wall holder, so they don't get lost. Definitely a good product - expensive but likely worth it.
