A: It doesn't suck the water back up, though, so consider that before you start cleaning. Zero suction.

We haven’t tried the product yet. Purchased online for pick up and we got the item clearly having been used and returned. The trial sized cleaner was missing, the attachments were dirty, one side of the tank was dirty with dirt and debris caked in. The tank still had water and you could see the humidity in the water tank. The box even had a sticker that said purge so I don’t know where in the process it missed the stock room recheck. Double checked the label when it said purge. “It usually indicates the item needs to be processed in a particular way before it can be put on display or sold. It could be a returned item that needs inspection or a special return area” I don’t think anyone did that from May 23,2025 when it got the label to when I purchased in late August 2025.

This bissell little green pet pro is not as good as older versions. It is cheap and did not spray cleaner out. I returned it. Don’t waste you money. Spend little more and buy little green hydrosteam, it’s a better machine and it has better quality of parts and unit.

I received this item used. It was extremely dirty and had animal hair stuck in the cleaning brush. I highly suggest opening the package prior to purchase because returns are not being thoroughly reviewed.

I will recommend this carpet cleaner everytime. It is awesome. We have 4 kids under 10 and there is always a mess to be cleaned. My first use we did the upolstered seats of our car. The suction is powerful and pulls up all the mess. The size and portability makes is a great device for our home and car.
A must if you have pets.

I must admit I’m impressed with this little machine. I tired it yesterday on the chaise lounge and was shocked at the dirt it removed. It’s great for cleaning carpet spots between routine carpet cleaning. I read a lot of mixed reviews and glad I decided to get it.

I have an older version of the little green clean machine. I just used it to clean up a mess and I can’t believe how well it worked! My sister and brother in law were very impressed as well. If you need just to clean a small area this is the machine for you.

He has been regaining mobility but we've had many accidents particularly on a large area rug. This has been a life saver. Initially right after the cleaning the poop smell did linger but I think that's because it literally sucked it out of the rug. Afterwards our carpet smelled and felt much better! It takes a second to configure it but is easy to use. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 cocker spaniels and one of them is still 150% puppy. Will he ever get trained? This cleaner does an amazing job cleaning up his oopsies. The only problem I have experienced is that it is really, really shrill and loud. My ears rang for an hour after using it for maybe 10 minutes. Maybe it's because I'm old, but I removed my hearing aids before I used it as a precaution. Probably a good thing because if the sound were amplified, it would have been painful. As a general rule, love Bissell products. Just wish this were not quite so loud.
I don't think I'll need another one. This one will suffice.
