Q: Is the possible contact with styrene just the outside dials? I am just making certain it is not found anywhere inside the toaster oven so that when heated food is not contaminated. Thank you.

Zinc coating is durable and contributes to heat and IR energy distribution. Non-stick coating was replaced with zinc coating for most models in the later part of 2011. I used this oven only one year, but the temperature control of oven is broken. I tried to contact them with this problem since I was told " there is two years warranty" when I bought the oven. However I never get their reply. I am regret to buy the oven .

It was damaged right out of the packed. Chips all over and a big scratch on top. Would be a hassle to return considering my old one gave out and it’s used daily. But for this price this should have been without flaws. Haven’t tried to use it yet, if function is compromised I will return this for sure.

Received as a gift. Good for baking single serve frozen pizza or reheating a pizza, or other frozen snacks. Not very large and I had to make fries from a single sweet potato in 4 batches, not very convenient. The lettering for the controls is difficult and practically impossible to read. I don't find this appliance convenient or easy to use.

Excellent quality for the price - good value! More economical use of limited counter space because this is a toaster AND you can cook stuff in it AND reheat pizza in a more satisfying way! It was great at first! But the drip pan is too flimsy. You can’t actually scrub it without bending or warping it. And if you line it with foil for easy cleaning, the foil catches fire. And a replacement pan is always out of stock. Buy one with sturdier parts.

Terrible!! Takes forever to warm frozen food. Don’t even bother with uncooked meats. You’ll be there all night! If you have no other oven options, just be prepared to be frustrated. If you can avoid this purchase, do so. There are way better options out there that work in half the time
