A: It's not, in fact many of the bad reviews aren't even verified and they (as well as the previous answer to this question, that I have reported) are examples of extreme ratings manipulation.

I always used drugstore shampoos and made the switch to Blake Brown products and could not be happier. My hair is softer, shinier, smells amazing, and truly seems to be healthier. I started with the strengthening products but now have them all and swap between the strengthening system and the nourishing system!

I use the BB regiment and switch between the nourishing and strengthening systems. I also use the once a week pre shampoo mask. At first the ends of my hair were dry as compared to my previous regiment but after using BB for ~30 days my ends do not feel dry anymore and my fingers slip right through as they did in the past. I am in love with these products, their smell, texture and the way they make my hair feel.

Ignore the negative reviews, there is a group of Baldoni fans going around leaving negative reviews to smear Blake (very unhinged). I’ve been using the Shampoo, Mask, and Potion between 3 to 4 months. I love how soft my hair feels even before using the mask. I have fine hair that is med-long, color treated regularly and washed daily. The 3 products leave my hair soft, smooth and manageable. I’m not big on using a multiple hair products and I love that the miracle potion does it all for me. It does not leave my hair feeling greasy or weighted down.

Caution with these incentivized positive reviews. Agree with other reviewers that this product causes significant HAIR LOSS. The smell is also not attractive and certainly not comparable to Kérastase. Do not waste your money

I started switching between each these shampoos & conditioners a couple of months ago & I can honestly say it is the best thing I've done for my hair. I've been a loyal Briogeo user for years & since switching to these products & alternating between the strengthening & nourishing with each wash, my hairstylist said this is the healthiest my hair has been in a very long time. (This is the only thing I've don't differently).
