Q: Is it freezer safe? I like to freeze my water over night so that it stays cold at work.

Q: I can't seem to get the lid to snap shut with the straw in place. The straw is poking up over the opening. Am I doing something wrong?

It is a great size and handle is sturdy. The down side is the lid does not open and difficult to pry it open. Basically the lid does not work and unable to drink anything. Huge hassel need to find a box to pack it up and mail it back.
