Great idea, poor execution.
My daughter received this set as a gift. It appears to be a great way to draw without getting your hands all messy, however, the bands that are supposed to tighten around the chalk are too large so that when they’re slid into place, the chalk still slides out. They will only hold the chalk when placed a specific way and only whilst the thickest part of the chalk is still unused. The plastic ring and prongs need to be more adjustable to accommodate for the varying size of chalk. Basically just buying expensive chalk with plastic bluey tubes and a tiny stencil meant to be used with much smaller chalk.

Better Than Splinters Or Torn-up Knuckles
At this price, BUY MULTIPLES!!! I am working on a fence art project, these save me from splinters. I loved holding the chalk in my hands but once the pieces got smaller I got splinters. I don’t mind chalk on my hands; I just have an old towel handy to wipe off with, and I am really bugged by the parents who gripe about their kids hands getting dirty. Who cares? Aren’t they supposed to get dirty sometime in life? Let them have some fun! Let them play in the dirt and garden! Make mud pies, for goodness sake! I’m an adult and I still like getting my hands dirty. After all, it washes off. These might not be the most well-built little things, but they sure do help. Like I said, buy more than one pack. Handy little things 🥰

These are super cute! We purchased for a Bluey themed birthday party. The chalk was cute and I liked how you didbt have to get dirty hands from touching the chalk since there's a plastic holder. The idea is great but the execution of holding the chalk wasn't great. Pieces kept breaking and it was hard to fit in the holder when pieces broke off.
