Glitching after 2 years - get warranty
I loved these for the comfort (I could fall asleep with them on) and the sound cancellation, but they started to malfunction around the 2 year mark. Audio glitches repeatedly while on and they randomly disconnect from my devices. I’ve also been told the microphone cuts out sporadically on calls. Battery life is still strong but the other problems are extremely disappointing given the price. If you buy, I suggest an extended warranty as I regret not getting one.

Worthless...0 stars if i could
Can’t connect to my iPhone 15 pro max. I fully charged them for 4 hours and despite holding the Bluetooth button to the right countless times, could not turn on Bluetooth pairing. They’re worthless if I’m going to have connectivity issues despite being cheaper than the air max pros.

WASTE OF MONEY
I’m giving it two stars cause it barely holds a charge for me to be able to use them. I’ve put them on the charger and left them there and then when I go to use them, they’re not charged. I missed the return window, but what a huge waste of money.

Fitting of headset
Bought about 3 weeks ago and as always the quality of bose is what I have come to expect. The only downside is that I find the headsets too big for my head and after a while the top of my ear starts hurting as they push on my ear. I wish they could be adjusted even smaller than the smallest. Thank you!

Great Sound, But …
The sound is great. But the ear cups are too small; they hurt my ears. Also, the sound controls are awkwardly located.

Ok but not great.
I purchased these about a month ago. They work well but not as good as expected. The fit on my ears is a bit awkward and they are not true noise canceling but they do eliminate some of the background noise.

Perfect ingredient for a runner's high
Working out to music is so much better, but ear buds at the gym are problematic. Reseating them when they invariably work loose is irritating as it breaks the bliss of a running high. Immersive (distracting!) music is so critical to the feeling I’m trying to produce that I originally used my Bose Ultra Quiet headphones as a substitute for ear buds, despite knowing the sweat and pounding of a workout might damage them. When I saw Bose Quiet headphones on sale, I grabbed a pair. I didn’t need the extra capabilities of their higher priced siblings, so they were perfect for what I needed. What I really loved, beside the comfortable fit, was that they simply worked: I charged them, switched them on and they immediately paired with my MP3 player and Bluetooth transmitter. No additional steps, no pairing mode, no mode selection, they just worked. In a world where bells and whistles turn a simple task into an engineering project, these headphones worked elegantly to connect me to my music at the gym so I could lose myself in pursuit of a blissful runner’s high. I couldn’t be happier!

Great headphones
I’ve been after some new headphones for a while. As I’ve got several Bose products, it seemed logical to stick to this brand. These headphones are superb. Sound quality is excellent and they’re very well made. My only criticism is the case which came with them. I would have preferred a hard case to have been supplied rather that the bag which was supplied. I did buy an aftermarket case elsewhere which I bought online.

These headphones are the best! I'm glad I was able to just pick them up at Target the same day. They work great and have a long battery life. I enjoy wearing them and listening to music while I work on the computer. The noise canceling funcion is great as well. You basically become incognito when you put them on. 10/10
