Stopped holding a charge
I have had these for a year and they won’t charge anymore. The case will only maintain a charge if it is plugged in. I really liked these up until the charging issue. For $200 earbuds I expected them to last a lot longer. Very disappointed

Worst Premium Earbuds on the Market
Coimpleely unreliable pairing issues. Do not buy for use with Apple products.

Stopped connecting
Stopped connecting to Bluetooth, had it for less than a year. Contacted extended warranty purchased through Allstate and was denied stating "issue is covered under manufacturer warranty". I filed a claim through Bose and have receive a response only a replacement option asking me to purchase a different model for an additional payment. Please do not waste your money in something that is not covered for failures as purchasing extended warranty did nothing either.

Comfort & ANC
Had these for a few weeks having previously had various Sennhieser and Sony item. These are by far the most comfortable with the best noise control. The bass is a little boosted but I prefer this and could dial it down with the equaliser if needs be. There are better out there if you’re after absolute sound definition, but to live with and particularly travel I don’t think I could do any better.

I love the bass in these. The clarity of the music is exceptional. I'm loving the modes (the quiet mode is exactly what it says. I don't hear anything at all in my background, even if music isn't playing. These are just the best!

Good sound for music but more to hate than love.
I've had my buds for about 2 months now using them daily. The sound for music is great, however on calls they pick up so much sound around me they're unusable. The tech needs some work too, sometimes the Bluetooth just drops and sometimes they stop working (on 60% battery) and need to be connected to power to get up and going again. If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased them considering the price tag.

Great start - devastating performance
Is great - at the beginning. Then you realize the Bose app is pretty useless and half of the time doesn't connect to the headphones. And after about 6 months you must replace the headphones due to poor quality in manufacturing. Can't recommend, and makes me question the overall quality of Bose brand.

sound is the best I've heard... BUT, phone calls- no one can hear me, connection to device.... so many times Ive almost smash em on the floor ... but the prize is that high that I'll rather beat someone when I'm angry... so please could you do something with Bluetooth connection ?! I bought them for travel to my work, but instead of listening music I am trying to connect them 30 minutes, restart device, unpair pair again turn on/off Bluetooth... exhausting.. and also ANC - when bus hit hole on the road or something hit whatever around you its doing unpleasuring pop sound with pressure into your ear

Amazing noise cancelation
Hard to adjust volume. Sometimes get disconnected from a bluetooth with no reason. Need to top back to the case for several seconds to overcome that.
