Do not purchase online. A target employee stole the headphones out of the box, when I received my package there was nothing in the box, but the charging cable and now the item is ineligible for a return.

I’m a Bose girl but these were beyond disappointing. When they work they are fantastic headphones with great sound and noise canceling. However I have had nobstop issues with these headphones since I took them out of the box. They constantly fall out of my ears and when I try to adjust them before they fall out the bud thinks I’m trying to mute or change songs so it’s pretty frustrating. Sometimes just one bud decides to play so I have to take both out to reset the connection. Idk, I want to love these but I find myself just wanting to use my old AirPods instead even without the noise canceling feature.

These were very good while I had them. Strong noise cancelling, warm, rich, perfect bass and a very long battery life with each charge but the left earbud stopped working after four months of use and the warranty is such a hassle.

I am currently living in a hospital and find myself in need of earplugs, headphones, and a blutooth headset. These can fill all those roles. I can play white noise/music or use them in gaming or just put them in quiet mode an enjoy the silence. Way to go Bose, you've done it again!

These were the worst ear buds I have ever purchased. They kept disconnecting constantly. I ended up returning them and getting a pair of Sony ear buds which worked great

I'd suggest exploring if there are external factors causing the disconnections, i.e, interference from other wireless devices. I'd also check you're using them within 10m/33ft of your smartphone. If it is related to a poor connection, I'd suggest returning them to the case, then take them out as this will refresh the connection. Failing that, a reset is recommended. I brought these QCE for my husband for father's day. He loves his ear buds! He is not tech savvy at all. Nevertheless, he was very happy. The sound is awesome & crisp. For him with noise canceling i have to tap him unless he is looking at me.The QCE block out everything. Very easy to connect. We have 4 other Bose products. Great product from Bose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago, and only have good things to say, except for one small issue. Pros: 1. The fit in my ear is OUTSTANDING. The way these are designed to use different parts of your ear for support is brilliant. They fit snugly without moving, they don't fall out while running/in the gym, and they don't press too tightly on my inner ear (unlike some "Pro" level in-ear earbuds). 2. The noise cancellation is excellent, much much better than air pods (even the pro version). 3. The 'Aware' mode is not the best transparency mode out there, but is more than enough for normal use. 4. The sound quality is more than good enough, you're not going to get much better out of earbuds. Cons: 1. These pick up a fair bit of wind noise. When running, I usually have to switch off the noise cancellation, but this is OK since the noise isolation is still pretty good.

I like the sound quality and they stay snugly in my ears in movement. But I do find that sometimes one bud won't connect right away when I place in my ear. I have to take it out, put it back in the case for a second almost as a restart, then replace it in my ear to connect. I also wish the case had an attached clip. I bought a silicone case with adhesive for it but that adhesive only lasts so long, so now I carry it around with a rubber band to keep the case secure.

I have owned the Bose QC earbuds before these and they are not longer holding a steady charge so I purchased these. I am beyond disappointed. I thought I would just buy the newer version of the earbuds, but these have too many silicone tips/surround options and even given that, these still are terrible! The noise cancelling is NOWHERE near my last pair. And, I have tried every combination of tips/surrounds and none of them give me the comfort or noise cancelling of my previous pair. Also, these things are WAY too tiny. I am at a loss because I need a new set of earbuds. Guess I will be looking at Sony. I love Bose and I own the QC35s as well as my current QC buds that are on the blink. I love(d) both, but these are a such a huge disappointment. Let me know when you make earbuds again that live up to my Bose expectations.

I've owned corded Bose buds, but purchased the previous model of these cordless buds a few years ago and was very happy with them. They finally died & I bought this newer model a few weeks ago. They pop out when riding an exercise bike, or going up or down stairs!, or just moving my head too quickly. Not very useful unless I'm sitting in a chair
