This Bluetooth speaker cost $149 and is not representative of Bose sound quality that I'm used to. The speaker is one inch tall by 5 in wide on the back side. There is no magic coming out of it; it's small and you can get much better sound for half the money buying something else. Using the Bose app there are some equalizer settings you can tinker with, but that didn't make much of a difference in sound quality. I'm returning this to the store for a refund.

The SoundLink Flex Portable is another example of the tireless innovation of Bose. This small speaker system packs an amazing base punch with incredible sound quality. The smaller products kept getting better since the introduction of the little speakers back in 1998. Not too long after came the Wave Radio and other Bose products built with small speakers continued to follow. Keep designing stellar products and I am anxious to see (and hear) what comes next. I first heard one aboard a friend’s yacht. It was playing at low volume so I didn’t hear its true potential,but I was impressed with the quality of sound. I was looking for a replacement for my soundlink 1 which had died after over decade of service. So when I was traveling i was able to to get a demonstration of the Flex, and I was so impressed that I bought i right away. My nn cmplaint is t been able to hardwire into it with a 3.5mm jack.

I am very happy with this speaker. Quality of sound is great. Its slerk, portable and small enough to travel with. I like the app as you can adjust bass, treble etc. Connects to Bluetooth easily.

I’ve had this unit several weeks now and I love the sound it provides. The only thing I think that could be improved is the battery life. The previous sound brick I had spoiled me with battery life as it would last over 25 hours. Only problem is the sound sucked! The Bose sounds great so I’ll just keep charging it! All things considered I do like it. The sound is great.

I am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was fast. I purchased this so we could hear TV and/or music out on our lanai.Our entire wall in living room is glass sliders so we can see the tv while sitting outside, but were unable to hear it. This speaker works perfectly. The speaker is water proof so it is perfect around our pool or at the beach. The sound of this small speaker is mind blowing. I love that you can switch bluetooth device input with a push of a button.

I bought my Bose about 3-4 weeks ago and the speaker sounds perfect, it's not the first Bose speaker I've ever had, the only defect, I don't know if it's just the one I bought, or if they're all like that, but my speaker runs out of battery very quickly, it doesn't even last 3 hours and I'm already charging my speaker again.
