A: The maximum power consumption of the SoundLink Flex 2nd Gen speaker is 7.5 W. Please remember that a speaker's performance cannot be measured by wattage alone. Q: Can I use with TV outdoors
A: This should be fine. The SoundLink Flex 2nd Gen has a rating of IP67, meaning it can stand up to a certain amount of adverse weather. Also, if your TV supports Bluetooth 5.3 and A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), then you can connect your Flex 2nd Gen to it.

Q: Can I charge my phone with it ?

The SoundLink Flex is designed to receive power, not provide it to other devices.
