Sharpens well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Boxtitch electric pencil sharpener was great for my library classroom. Students could easily sharpen pencils and colored pencils. It was easy to open and empty there wasn’t much noise at all. It’s small enough to be out of the way as well

Great at home sharpener
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pencil sharpener is perfect for a home desk. It sharpens well and doesn’t take up too much space. The pull out shavings container is convenient so you don’t have to dump the entire unit. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have the capacity to sharpen different size pencils.

Great little machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well. Requires very little pressure, although, still can't be done with one hand. You still need a second hand to keep the sharpener from falling off the back of the table. It's sharpens a dull pencil in about 2 seconds. And leaves it very smooth with no splintery wooden surface area.

Great small pencil sharpener
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and Bostitch for allowing me to try this pencil sharpener in exchange for my honest opinion. I like the small size of the sharpener. It is easy to sharpen. Just put the pencil in and it takes care of the rest. I don’t find it to be too noisy for an electric pencil sharpener. The plug has a long cord making it easy to find a place to plug it in. To sharpen a new pencil it took about six seconds. The sharpened pencil came out pointy, sharp and ready to use. The sharpener is easy to remove for cleaning. This is a great small sharpener that would work well for any home, office or classroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks for adding this pencil sharpener to my son’s pile of high school supplies for the next four years. Who thinks you need a pencil sharpener that plugs in and doesn’t make a complete mess? I do. This isn’t loud and its sharpens pencils way better than the ones I had in school that we had to crank ourselves. Pencil shaving are like nails on the chalkboard for me. Good color for my son and it’s not too big and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I’m hoping it works for the next four years. Great brand.
