A: Yes, you will need to use the mist on the iron to get rid of the wrinkles. It's possible you are over drying the garments too.

Not as described
The steam iron I received was not the one described and pictured on the site. It has a stainless steel soleplate, and the one described has an iron soleplate, which is the main reason I bought this steam iron because I’ve had issues with stainless steel in the past.
